"I stay at this B&B every time I'm in Hastings.I can honestly say that Dale & Jo make you feel very comfortable from the moment that you enter!! In the room was a mini fridge and flat screen tv with freeview. There was tea and coffee facilities which included herbal, fruit and black teas. BISCUITS also included!! The bed was above normal size and very comfortable. The breakfast was just as good. Choices of cerals, muesli, yogurt, fruit juice, etc. Toast and choice of full english with however you want your eggs. (various vast choices)!! Huge portions and offered more toast, tea or coffee if you want. There are also parking permits for 19 hours parking if you require. Parking is free after 8pm. EXCELLENT! and highly recommended! This accommodation offers excellent value whilst maintaining very high standards of room, facilities, welcome & breakfast."

"We consider ourselves lucky to have found this B & B when we were visiting relatives in Hastings from Vancouver, BC Canada. We had not had much experience at all with B & B's in the UK and had just stayed at a terrible hotel in Hastings. We stayed in Room 5 (picture on their website does not do it justice) We spent the day just watching the tide come in and out by the pier. We would highly recommend this place, food was good, hosts very friendly and we felt safe and enjoyed the sea air and view very much."
